SINGLE RENTAL PROCESS

 

Step 1. COME INTO THE SHOP

You don’t need any kind of appointment to come in and set up a single tux or suit rental for yourself. Our staff will happily take time, to sit down with you and make sure you get the look your want.   NOTE: We do however need at least 1 full week of notice.  If your event is on a Saturday you should set up the rental no later than the Friday one full week before.

 

Step 2. CHOOSE YOUR LOOK

We have a large array of tuxedo and suit options for any occasion. We offer several different colors of suits and tuxedos for you to choose from, as well as literally thousands of color combinations of accessories like bow ties, Windsor (long) ties, vests, cummerbunds and suspenders.

 

Step 3. Getting measured

Getting measured is a piece of cake, it will only take about 10 minutes to be measured and try on a sizing coat. It is helpful if you wear clothing that is not too baggy so we can get accurate measurements. A close-fitting tee Shirt and jeans is great. NOTE: If you need your measurements for another event down the road, we do keep your measurements on record for one year.

 

Step 4. Final fitting

We will call you as soon as your outfit arrives at the shop, usually the Tuesday or Wednesday the week of the event. You will need to come in and try on as soon as possible, so that we have time to do any adjustments that might be needed. We want you to look your very best for your big day. If everything fits well, you can take it with you. If anything needs to be altered, or replaced, we will have it ready for you the day before your event.

 

Step 5. RETURN

Your rental will be due back before 5pm on the next business day. You can ask someone else to return it for you, however, please remember that there is a $50 per day late fee for rentals that are not returned on time.

GROUP WEDDING RENTAL PROCESS

At least 4 weeks prior to the event (earlier is always better) the Groom and his Bride or Best Man should come into the shop and choose the look they want for the entire wedding party. We have a large array of tuxedo and suit options for your wedding party. We offer several different colors of suits and tuxedos for you to choose from, as well as literally thousands of color combinations of accessories like bow ties, Windsor (long) ties, vests, cummerbunds and suspenders. This consultation typically takes about an hour. We do not recommend coming in on Saturdays, because they are so busy, but if there is no other time for you to meet, we understand. We just ask that you be patient, because it might take a bit for us to be able to get to you. If you need a time outside our usual hours, please call and set up a time. If you are carrying the cost of the rentals for your groomsmen, this would be the optimal time to put down your deposit.

 

Step 2. SEND YOUR GUYS IN TO BE MEASURED

Once your wedding file has been set up, they can come in anytime we are open without an appointment. The measurements will take about 10 minutes. If they are paying on their own they will need to put down a deposit at the time of measuring, so that we can get them ordered in the system.

 

Step 3. Final Fitting

We will call the Groom, or his designee, as soon as the outfits arrive at the shop, usually the Tuesday or Wednesday the week of the event. Your guys will need to come in and try on at least 2 days prior to the event, so that we have time to do any adjustments that might be needed. We want to make sure everyone looks their very best for your big day.

 

Step 4. PICK-UP

One person will be appointed to pick up everything the day before your event.  This ensures that it will all make it to the venue without missing pieces. You are welcome to assign this task to someone in the wedding party or a family member, we want you to be able to relax the day before the wedding. Or for an added fee The Natty Dresser can deliver the outfits to the venue on the day of the wedding and help the guys get dressed and make sure they look their very best. Ask about the Valet Service when you are setting up your wedding folder.

 

Step 5. RETURN

One person needs to be appointed to return everything the next business day after your event.  This will make sure that everything arrives back at the shop on time, so you won’t end up having to pay a late return fee. It also gives us a point person to call if anything is missing, so we don’t have to bother you on your honeymoon.
